1.      Do you deliver/ship abroad?


At the moment we can only send orders to street addresses in the Most European countries, North America and East Asia (Including China, Japan, South Korea).


Europe and USA delivery will be directly shipped to you by Amazon FBA in UK warehouse; East Asia delivery will be shipped from HERBFUN warehouse in HONGKONG.

2.      Is the free shipping service available?


Yes, you will get our free shipping service when your order amount is more than 40 pounds. Otherwise, the shipping fee will be In accordance with the accounting standards .


3.      How can you pack the goods?


We will pack all our goods with our professional skills and standard boxes, which can effectively avoid damaging in the transportation.


4.      When can I get my orders?


Current ETA to Europe: 2-4 business days;


Current ETA to North America: 4-6 business days;


Current ETA to East Asia: 4-6 business days.

5.      Customs, Tariffs & Duties.


The customer is responsible for all Duties, Taxes, Customs Fees and any other fees that may be required when importing products into their country.
